What does the $129 monthly clinical care plan include?

Can you guarantee that I will receive testosterone?
No. The fee covers testing and clinical care. A provider may prescribe treatment only when it is legally permitted and medically appropriate. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, medication, formulation, or dose.
Can you treat me anywhere in North Carolina?
You must be physically located in North Carolina when care is provided. Telehealth may be used when legally permitted and clinically appropriate. Some patients may need additional testing or an in-person examination.
