The Signs

If two or more of these sound like you, get tested.

Low testosterone gets dismissed as "getting older." It isn't. It's measurable, and it's treatable.

  • Constant fatigue, even after sleep
  • Brain fog and trouble focusing
  • Lost interest in sex or weak erections
  • Strength and muscle slipping away
  • Weight gain around the midsection
  • Low mood, irritability, no drive
  • Poor recovery from workouts
  • Sleep that doesn't restore you

men over 30 have low testosterone.

Most never get tested. They just get used to feeling like this.

How it works

Think it's expensive? Do the math.

$159 all-in beats the national brands.

The big telehealth names advertise low monthly rates — then make you pay three to ten months upfront, or bill medication on top of membership. Ours is one flat price, month to month, medication and labs included.

Why TRT-NC

Built for men who want answers, not upsells.

Cash-pay on purpose

Insurance makes TRT a paperwork nightmare. We skip it. You pay one flat rate, we focus on care.

NC-based, NC-licensed

Our office is in Beulaville. Our provider is licensed in North Carolina. We're not a 50-state mill running you through a chatbot.

In-person or telehealth

Come see us, or do everything by video. Same provider, same protocol, same price either way.

Real labs, real conversations

We don't prescribe based on a form. We test, we talk, then we treat — in that order, every time.

Common questions

The stuff guys actually ask.

Do I need a referral or a diagnosis to get tested?

No. The $59 lab panel is open to anyone. You don't need insurance, a referral, or a prior diagnosis.

What if my testosterone is normal?

Then we won't prescribe TRT, and you won't pay another dollar. We'll talk through what else might be going on and where to look next. That's the point of starting with labs.

Is the $159 really all-in?

For Complete TRT Care, yes. It covers your medication, ongoing labs, and provider visits as needed — month to month, no big upfront payment. Add-ons like SERMs (enclomiphene), HCG, and peptides are priced separately.

Can I do this entirely by telehealth?

Yes, as long as you're a North Carolina resident. Labs can be drawn at a partner facility near you, and visits happen by video.

How fast can I start?

Most men get labs within a week, results within a few business days, and start treatment within 2–3 weeks of their initial appointment. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, so we don't prescribe at the first visit — federal law requires evaluation and lab review first.
