More than a testosterone result

A broader look at the things that affect how you feel.

Testosterone matters, but so do your blood count, blood sugar, cholesterol, liver and kidney health, and prostate markers. This panel gives you useful starting information about all of them in one place.

Exactly what you get

Six parts. One clearer picture.

We group free and total testosterone together below because they answer related questions. Both measurements are included in the $59 panel.

TTwo measurements

Total + Free Testosterone

Total testosterone measures both bound and unbound testosterone. Free testosterone measures the portion that is not attached to proteins. Looking at both gives the provider more context than relying on a symptom checklist or a single headline number.

Why we include it

This is what most people come to check. Seeing total and free testosterone together helps the provider explain the result more clearly. If confirming the result would be useful, we will explain why.

CBCBlood cells + hematocrit

Complete Blood Count

A CBC measures red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and hematocrit. It can flag issues such as anemia or an already-high red blood cell concentration.

Why we include it

It gives you a useful baseline and may help explain fatigue. Because testosterone can raise hemoglobin and hematocrit, these numbers are also helpful if you ever decide to discuss treatment.

CMPLiver, kidney + metabolic markers

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

A CMP checks 14 substances that provide information about blood sugar, electrolytes, proteins, and how the liver and kidneys are functioning.

Why we include it

Low energy is not always a testosterone issue. The CMP adds broader health context and can point toward other things that may be worth addressing.

A1cAbout three months of blood sugar

Hemoglobin A1c

A1c estimates your average blood sugar over roughly the past three months. It is commonly used to identify prediabetes or diabetes and to monitor blood-sugar control.

Why we include it

Blood sugar can affect energy, weight, and sexual health. A1c helps connect those dots and gives you a more complete picture than testosterone alone.

LipidCholesterol + triglycerides

Lipid Panel

The lipid panel measures total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides. Together with your history and other risk factors, those numbers help describe cardiovascular risk.

Why we include it

These numbers provide a useful baseline for long-term health decisions, whether or not testosterone treatment ever becomes part of the conversation.

PSAProstate marker

Prostate-Specific Antigen

PSA is a protein made by the prostate. The result can be affected by age, an enlarged prostate, inflammation, infection, medicines, and other factors.

Why we include it

PSA adds prostate-health context and can show when a closer look may be worthwhile. An unexpected result does not diagnose cancer by itself, and we will explain what it means.

After the labs

You won’t be left staring at a portal full of numbers.

A provider walks you through what stands out, what looks reassuring, and whether anything deserves a closer look. If your results suggest that TRT may be worth discussing, we will explain the options. If they point in another direction, we will help you understand that too.

You get useful information, time for questions, and a clear next step. Then you decide what makes sense for you—without pressure.

Before you book

Questions, answered plainly.

Can I get a refund if I have not had my labs drawn?

Request a full refund of the $59 initial lab fee within 45 days of payment if your blood has not been drawn. If TRT-NC cannot provide the purchased lab service, you will receive a full refund regardless of that window. Once blood has been drawn, the lab fee is otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law. Contact (910) 777-5888 or hello@trt-nc.com to request a refund.

What exactly is included for $59?

The $59 offer includes CBC, CMP, hemoglobin A1c, a lipid panel, free testosterone, total testosterone, PSA, and a provider review of the results through TRT-NC’s designated lab process. No membership is required. Additional or repeat testing is not included unless TRT-NC tells you otherwise before it is ordered.

Is this only for people who already want TRT?

Not at all. You can order the panel simply because you want to understand your numbers. The $59 covers the listed labs and provider review. If you later want to discuss treatment and it may be appropriate, we can walk through the options. There is no obligation to continue.

What if my testosterone comes back low?

We will talk through what the result means in the context of your symptoms and health history. Testosterone can vary, so the provider may recommend confirming it with another early-morning measurement or ordering another test. If treatment may be worth discussing, we will explain the options and answer your questions.

Where do I get the blood drawn?

You may use the TRT-NC office in Beulaville or the designated partner-lab process available to you in North Carolina. Available draw locations and scheduling instructions are provided after signup.

Do I need to fast or go in the morning?

Follow the preparation instructions TRT-NC sends for your order. Morning collection may be recommended because testosterone varies during the day, and fasting may be requested for accurate interpretation of some results. Do not change medicines or supplements unless a clinician tells you to.

What happens after the results come back?

A provider reviews the panel with you in plain English, explains what stands out, and answers your questions. You may need no further action, another test, help looking at another possible cause of symptoms, or a conversation about treatment options. You decide what you want to do next.

Can I talk to someone before I order the labs?

Yes. Use the Request a Free Call form or text TRT-NC at (910) 777-5888. We can answer general questions and help you decide whether the $59 panel is the right place to begin. This quick call is not a medical evaluation.
