We built this for the guy who's been blown off.
If you've ever told a doctor you feel like a shell of yourself and heard "you're just getting older" — this clinic was built for you.
Why we exist
Insurance-based medicine isn't set up to take low T seriously. Tests get denied. Treatment gets delayed. The provider has eight minutes for you and a stack of prior auths to clear. By the time you actually get on therapy, you've spent more in copays and lost time than this whole care-plan costs in a year.
We chose cash-pay on purpose. One clearly defined care plan, no insurance games, no surprise bills. The math is simpler and so is the care.
Our approach
- Test, then talk, then treat. No protocol on day one. We look at real labs before we put you on anything.
- Honest answers about your numbers. If you don't need TRT, we'll tell you. If something else is off, we'll point you to it.
- Same provider every time. No carousel of telehealth strangers who don't remember you.
- Plain English. We explain what we're doing and why. You're a grown adult — you deserve real info.
Where we serve
Our office is in Beulaville, NC, in the heart of Duplin County. Come see us in person if you can — there's no substitute for sitting across from your provider. If you are elsewhere in North Carolina, telehealth may be available while you are physically located in the state, with labs drawn at a partner facility near you. Some patients still need additional testing or an in-person examination. See ourfull service area for drive times and local details.
Care is currently limited to adults physically located in North Carolina at the time services are provided.
A note on clinical care
TRT-NC is a service of Carawan Health PLLC. Clinical care is provided by a licensed North Carolina clinician.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. It may be prescribed through telehealth when legally permitted and clinically appropriate. A live clinical evaluation and appropriate laboratory review are required by our clinical process, and some patients need additional testing or an in-person examination. Payment never guarantees a prescription.
