By accessing or using https://trt-nc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Through This Website

Use of this website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship is formed only after you complete intake, are evaluated by a licensed provider, and accept the terms of care from TRT-NC.

3. Eligibility

Services are currently available only to residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older.

4. Not Medical Advice

Content on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition.

5. Payment and Cancellation

All services are cash-pay. The monthly membership ($159 / month) renews automatically and may be cancelled at any time with prospective effect. The initial lab panel ($59 Initial Labs) is non-refundable once labs are drawn.

6. Telehealth Consent

Patients who elect telehealth services agree to participate in virtual consultations. A full telehealth consent will be provided and signed at intake.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRT-NC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
