1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://trt-nc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Through This Website
Use of this website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship is formed only after you complete intake, are evaluated by a licensed provider, and accept the terms of care fromCarawan Health PLLC.
3. Eligibility
Services are available only to adults who are physically located in North Carolina at the time care is provided. Identity and location may be verified before or during a telehealth encounter. Residency alone does not establish eligibility for care.
4. Not Medical Advice
Content on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition.
5. Payment and Cancellation
All services are cash-pay.
Request a full refund of the $59 initial lab fee within 45 days of payment if your blood has not been drawn. If TRT-NC cannot provide the purchased lab service, you will receive a full refund regardless of that window. Once blood has been drawn, the lab fee is otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law. Request a refund by contacting hello@trt-nc.com or calling (910) 777-5888.
Complete TRT Care is $129 / month clinical care. Complete TRT Care starts billing only after clinical approval and your decision to enroll, then renews monthly. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Membership payments are not prorated, except where required by law. Clinical care remains available through the end of the paid monthly billing period; prescriptions and refills remain subject to clinical judgment. Submit cancellation before renewal through the portal's available messaging or cancellation function, by email, or by calling the office.
An evaluation canceled before the appointment occurs is fully refundable. A completed evaluation is a provided clinical service; a decision not to prescribe medication does not, by itself, make it refundable.
Complete TRT Care is billed as an ongoing clinical care program. The monthly fee covers clinician consultations, follow-up visits, treatment-plan oversight, dose and safety monitoring, care coordination, and routine monitoring labs ordered through our designated process. Enrollment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular medication.
The monthly plan covers ongoing clinical care and does not guarantee a prescription. For prescribed standard-plan TRT treatment, pharmacy costs and routine supplies are included in the plan. A licensed pharmacy dispenses prescribed medication. Specialty formulations, alternative delivery methods, and adjunct treatments may have separate costs, explained before you agree to them.
If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy handles dispensing and any delivery arrangements. Availability, timing, and any separate pharmacy or delivery fees are explained before you proceed.
Outside-lab or facility fees, unrelated testing, imaging, specialist care, expedited or replacement delivery, and costs from a pharmacy outside the standard plan are separate unless expressly included in your written plan. Additional fees are explained before you agree to the service.
Your clinician can evaluate estradiol-related concerns and discuss other adjunct treatments case by case, based on your symptoms, medical history, and appropriate testing. These treatments are not routine or automatic. Any additional fees are explained before you agree to care.
6. Prescription and Medication Decisions
Fees cover the laboratory, evaluation, or care services described at checkout. Payment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular medication, formulation, quantity, or dose. If treatment is medically appropriate, a licensed provider may issue a prescription in accordance with applicable law and the standard of care.
7. Telehealth Consent
Patients who elect telehealth services agree to participate in virtual consultations. A full telehealth consent will be provided and signed at intake. Testosterone may be prescribed through telehealth when legally permitted and clinically appropriate. A live clinical evaluation is required, and some patients may require additional testing or an in-person examination. Patients must be physically located in North Carolina during care and may be asked to verify their identity and location.
8. Compounded Medications
FDA-approved medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate. A compounded medication may be considered only for an identified patient when the prescriber determines that an available FDA-approved medication cannot meet that patient's specific medical needs. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carawan Health PLLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
