What the monthly clinical care fee covers
Clinical care includes consultations, ongoing provider services, and care coordination. Treatment decisions are individualized; enrollment does not guarantee a prescription.
- Included labs are routine TRT monitoring tests ordered by TRT-NC and completed through our designated lab process. Tests ordered by outside clinicians, outside-facility fees, imaging, specialist care, and unrelated testing are not included.
- The monthly plan covers ongoing clinical care and does not guarantee a prescription. For prescribed standard-plan TRT treatment, pharmacy costs and routine supplies are included in the plan. A licensed pharmacy dispenses prescribed medication. Specialty formulations, alternative delivery methods, and adjunct treatments may have separate costs, explained before you agree to them.
- If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy handles dispensing and any delivery arrangements. Availability, timing, and any separate pharmacy or delivery fees are explained before you proceed.
- Complete TRT Care starts billing only after clinical approval and your decision to enroll, then renews monthly. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Membership payments are not prorated, except where required by law. Clinical care remains available through the end of the paid monthly billing period; prescriptions and refills remain subject to clinical judgment.
