No. We are cash-pay only and accept no insurance. You do not need a referral, a diagnosis, or prior medical records to start. The $59 panel is available to adults receiving care while physically located in North Carolina.

The panel includes CBC, CMP, hemoglobin A1c, a lipid panel, free testosterone, total testosterone, PSA, and a provider results review through TRT-NC’s designated lab process. No membership is required. Additional or repeat testing is separate unless TRT-NC tells you otherwise before it is ordered.

Most appointments are available within a few days. Lab results typically come back in 2 to 5 business days after the draw.

You can come to our Beulaville office, or we can send the order to a partner lab near you anywhere in North Carolina. We use national lab networks so there is almost always a draw site within a short drive.

Request a full refund of the $59 initial lab fee within 45 days of payment if your blood has not been drawn. If TRT-NC cannot provide the purchased lab service, you will receive a full refund regardless of that window. The monthly plan covers clinician follow-up, treatment-plan oversight, dose and safety monitoring, care coordination, and routine monitoring labs through our designated process. Then we will not prescribe TRT and you will not owe another dollar beyond the $59. We will spend the consult walking through what else might explain how you have been feeling.

There is no long-term contract, setup fee, or cancellation fee. The $59 covers the initial lab panel and results review. Complete TRT Care starts billing only after clinical approval and your decision to enroll, then renews monthly. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Membership payments are not prorated, except where required by law. Clinical care remains available through the end of the paid monthly billing period; prescriptions and refills remain subject to clinical judgment.

No. Fees cover laboratory services, clinical evaluation, or ongoing care as described. If treatment is medically appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, formulation, quantity, or dose.

Most members can use HSA/FSA cards for visits and medications. We provide itemized receipts for reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator to confirm.

If TRT is medically appropriate, the provider will recommend a formulation and schedule based on your history, labs, preferences, and clinical needs. Injections are common, and training is provided when they are selected. Other delivery methods may be discussed when appropriate.

Response and timing vary by patient, symptom, dose, and other health factors. Some changes may take weeks or months, and no particular result or timeline is guaranteed. We monitor both symptoms and lab values and adjust only when clinically appropriate.

TRT can suppress sperm production and may affect fertility. If you may want children now or later, tell the provider before treatment. The provider can discuss appropriate alternatives, testing, or referral based on your goals; no option guarantees preserved fertility.

Not necessarily. Some men start TRT, restore baseline health and lifestyle factors, and eventually come off. Others stay on long term. We will not pressure either direction.

Testosterone is a hormone your body already makes. TRT brings yours back into a normal physiologic range. It is not the same as the supraphysiologic stacks bodybuilders use. We do not do that here — it is unsafe and we are not interested.

Testosterone may be prescribed through telehealth when legally permitted and clinically appropriate. A live clinical evaluation is required. You must be physically located in North Carolina when care is provided, and some patients may need additional testing or an in-person examination.

We currently provide care only when the patient is physically located in North Carolina at the time care is delivered. We verify identity and location for telehealth encounters. Residency by itself is not the deciding factor.

If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy handles dispensing and any delivery arrangements. Availability, timing, and any separate pharmacy or delivery fees are explained before you proceed.

Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. A provider makes an individualized decision after a live clinical evaluation and review of appropriate laboratory testing. Federal telemedicine rules may permit prescribing without a prior in-person visit when their conditions are met, but telehealth does not remove clinical or legal requirements, and some patients still need an in-person examination.
