Medical weight loss for men

Medical Weight Loss for Men in North Carolina

Drop the weight. Keep your edge.

For patients enrolled in Complete TRT Care, we offer coordinated weight-management evaluation and follow-up. FDA-approved GLP-1 medication prices currently start at $199/month for certain eligible patients and doses.

Why this matters for men

Weight and testosterone are linked.

Weight, metabolic health, and hormone symptoms can overlap. We evaluate the full picture instead of blaming every symptom on one number. If both weight management and low testosterone are concerns, we can coordinate the evaluations and follow-up.

  • FDA-approved options. Wegovy or Zepbound may be prescribed when clinically appropriate.
  • Provider oversight. A licensed NC provider evaluates you and follows your response.
  • Manufacturer pricing. Prescriptions can be sent to NovoCare or LillyDirect for current self-pay pricing.
  • For Complete TRT Care patients. Weight-management evaluation and follow-up are coordinated through your existing care plan; medication is paid separately.
How it works

Simple, supervised, transparent.

  1. 01

    Clinical evaluation

Tell us your history and goals. A provider reviews whether GLP-1 treatment may be appropriate and may order labs.

  2. 02

    Prescription decision

If an FDA-approved medication is medically appropriate, the provider may send a prescription to NovoCare, LillyDirect, or another appropriate pharmacy.

  3. 03

    Fill and follow up

The pharmacy confirms its current price and eligibility terms with you. We monitor progress, side effects, and whether a dose change is appropriate.

Common questions

Weight loss, straight answers.

What medication do you use?

We focus on FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, including Wegovy and Zepbound. A licensed provider reviews your history, goals, contraindications, and current medications before deciding whether any prescription treatment is appropriate.

What does “from $199/month” mean?

That is a starting manufacturer self-pay price for certain eligible patients, products, doses, and limited-time offers — not a promise that every prescription costs $199. NovoCare and LillyDirect set their own prices and eligibility rules, and those terms can change. Medication is purchased separately from the manufacturer pharmacy with no clinic markup.

How much weight will I lose?

Honestly, it depends — on your starting point, the medication, your dose, and the work you put in alongside it. GLP-1 medications are a tool, not magic. We focus on steady, sustainable progress with real provider oversight, not headline numbers we cannot promise.

Is this safe? Do I need bloodwork?

GLP-1 medications are well-studied, but they are prescription drugs with real considerations, which is why a provider evaluates you first and monitors your progress. We review your health history and may order labs before starting.

Can I combine weight loss with TRT?

Yes. Our weight-management service is currently offered to patients enrolled in Complete TRT Care. We coordinate evaluation, prescribing when clinically appropriate, and follow-up through that care plan. Medication is purchased separately through the dispensing pharmacy at its current self-pay price.

Does being enrolled in Complete TRT Care guarantee a GLP-1 prescription?

No. Enrollment gives you access to a clinical evaluation. If treatment is medically appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, or a particular dose.
