Our commitment

Carawan Health PLLC, which operates TRT-NC, is committed to improving access to this website for people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our target when developing and updating the site.

Accessibility is ongoing work. This statement describes our approach and how to get help; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service fully meets every WCAG requirement.

Using the website

• Use your keyboard to follow links, activate buttons, and open cookie preferences. A visible focus indicator shows where you are.
• Use the “Skip to main content” link at the beginning of each page to move past the navigation.
• Enlarge text with your browser’s zoom controls. Pages are designed to adapt to smaller screens.
• Use the reduced-motion setting on your device to reduce site animation.
• Read the office address or use the directions link if the optional embedded map is difficult to use.

The site uses headings, descriptive links, image descriptions, and form labels to support navigation with assistive technology. Current versions of major browsers are recommended. JavaScript is needed for cookie preferences and certain interactive features, but the main information pages remain available without it.
