Book your labs — $59
Schedule online. You'll either come to our Beulaville office for the draw or use the designated partner-lab process available to you. The panel includes CBC, CMP, A1c, lipids, free and total testosterone, and PSA. One number is not enough — we look at the whole picture.

Results review with a provider
A few business days after your draw, we'll sit down — in person or by video — and walk through what your numbers mean. If your levels are normal, we'll tell you that, and we'll talk about other things that could explain how you've been feeling. If they're not, we'll explain your options honestly.
The consult is included in the $59. You don't pay extra to hear your results.

Treatment decision — then $129/month for ongoing clinical care
A licensed provider reviews your live evaluation, symptoms, medical history, and appropriate labs. If TRT is medically appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription and enroll you in Complete TRT Care. The medication, formulation, dose, and route are individualized.
Payment does not guarantee a prescription. Month-to-month; cancel before your next renewal.

Ongoing clinical follow-up
Routine TRT monitoring labs ordered through our designated process, dose review, safety monitoring, care coordination, and clinically needed follow-up are part of the monthly clinical care program. If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy handles dispensing and any delivery arrangements. Your clinician can also evaluate estradiol-related concerns or other adjunct treatment needs on an individual basis.
